Content License Agreement

Learning Materials License (Courses, Templates & Student Work)

1) Our Materials

We grant enrolled learners a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use course materials (videos, PDFs, slides, code snippets, and templates) for individual study during an active subscription and for personal reference thereafter. You may download materials where enabled for offline personal use. Redistribution, re-hosting, public sharing, commercial teaching, template resale is prohibited without written permission.

2) Templates & Code

Templates and snippets provided with courses may be used in your own projects and portfolios. You may not resell them as standalone templates/themes, include them in competing courses, or publish them in template marketplaces without a separate license.

3) Your Submissions

You retain ownership of projects you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and use your submissions for learning, feedback, showcasing educational outcomes, and promoting the platform (with attribution). You can opt out of promotional uses by emailing privacy@masterwebdesigner.com.

4) Sensitive/Third-Party Content

You must hold rights to any third-party assets you include (fonts, images, code, logos). Avoid sensitive or confidential data in submissions.

5) Prohibited Uses

No unlawful, defamatory, or infringing use.

No use of our materials to train or improve a competing education platform or automated model without written consent.

No removal of copyright/attribution notices in course files.

6) Warranties & Liability

Materials are provided "as is." We do not warrant that any template/code will fit a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Use.
