User Agreement

This Agreement governs your use of the user portions of masterwebdesigner.com (registration, dashboards, forums, messaging, live sessions). If anything conflicts with the Terms of Use or Subscription & Billing Terms, those documents control.

1) Registration & Account Security

Provide accurate information, safeguard your password, and maintain your account details. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2) Conduct Rules

Do not harass others, post unlawful or plagiarized content, share answers to assessments publicly, or upload malware. Respect instructors and fellow learners. Follow any specific rules for live sessions and community areas.

3) Community Moderation

We may edit/remove posts or suspend access for violations. Repeated or serious violations may result in termination without refund.

4) Confidentiality

You may gain access to non-public course materials and peer feedback. Do not distribute private links, session recordings, or proprietary content outside the platform.

5) Disclaimers; Limitation

Community content may include opinions from users; we do not endorse or guarantee user-provided information. Limitations and disclaimers in the Terms of Use apply.

6) Term & Termination

You may close your account by contacting info@masterwebdesigner.com. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or risk to the platform. On termination, forum posts may remain with anonymization where feasible.

7) Governing Law

As per the Terms of Use (England; London courts).
