1) Purpose & Eligibility

The Services provide online education in web design, including tutorials, templates, live sessions, mentoring, and certification. You must be 18+ to register.

2) License & Acceptable Use

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services for your personal learning. You may not:

Copy, record, rebroadcast, or redistribute course materials except as allowed for personal study;

Circumvent technical protections;

Use bots/scrapers to extract content;

Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;

Misrepresent identity, credentials, or certification status;

Use the Services to run a competing training platform without permission.

3) Your Content

You retain rights to projects you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your submissions for learning, review, certification, and platform operation. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to any third-party assets included in your submissions.

4) Intellectual Property

All course content (videos, texts, slides, exercises, templates, code snippets, and branding) is owned by us or our licensors. Except for personal study under these Terms, no rights are granted. Reuse for public/commercial teaching, re-hosting, or redistribution requires written permission.

5) Accounts & Security

Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations or security risks.

6) Modifications & Availability

We may update content, features, and availability at any time. We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7) Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that outcomes (e.g., employment) will be achieved.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability related to your use of the Services shall not exceed 10,000 EUR.

11) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

English law applies; exclusive jurisdiction and venue are the courts in London, England.

12) General

No waiver by inaction; severability applies; assignments by you require consent; we may assign as part of a corporate transaction. These Terms are in English.
